How to set up Outlook on my desktop pc

How to set up Outlook on your desktop computer:

Step 1: Click on Start and find the shortcut for Outlook
Step 2: Follow the on screen prompt by clicking next
Step 3: Click Yes to add your email account
Step 4: Enter your email address and password.
Check that the email address is correct! it should be your username@kaa.org.co.uk and not @acad.kaa.org.uk as sometimes happens.
Step 5: Click Next & you are done!
