No. You can use your KAA Google+ account to login directly to check your tickets:

Click on Log in on top right of screen

Instead of entering your username just click on "Sign in with Google+"

Enjoy password free access to our helpdesk!

Other users:

Yes, please ask at reception to register your email address for the helpdesk.
