Where do I store my files?

Own files, lesson resources etc.

All users at KAA have access to a personal Google Drive.

• This will allow you to save as many files and data as you would like on the internet. (Often referred to as Cloud Storage)
• There is no limit to the amount of storage you use can use!
• All your files are available from any device with a web connection.

Please note that you may only store files in line with the Academy Acceptable use policy.

Shared files and resources

K-Drive is the network drive shared to all computers on campus and available to all staff.

• Storage is limited so unless others need access to the document, please keep drafts in your Google Drive.
• The K Drive is also available off-site via your own Google Drive!
• Access it by clicking on the "Shared with me" button.
